It also benefits the property manager and the maintenance crew by letting them spend time on other tasks and day to day needs, instead of worrying about trash or overfilled dumpsters.
How does it work?
We do the dirty work so you don't have to!
Trash Valet explained in three simple steps:
- Residents place their tied trash bags in provided bins outside their apartment doors on scheduled pick-up days.
- Our team will come collect the trash from each unit and place it in designated dumpsters or compactors, on the property.
- You and your tenants enjoy a clean property with no worry!

How often is the trash pickup?
We offer trash valet pick-ups up to 5-7 days a week, depending what your communities needs are. The schedule is completely customizable!
What do the residents need to do?
The residents will set their trash bins outside of their door between 6:00PM and 8:00PM and our hand picked team will handle the rest.
When is pickup?
Our team will come on site for pickup time after 8:00PM on designated pick-up days.
